Qualifications

• Previous Production Lead experience required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Attention to safety, quality and operational details.
• Experience with managing production metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities for an assigned line or area.
• Track and communicate key production metrics and performance measurements.
• Manage daily employee rosters and line assignments.
• Coach employees on performance expectations and reinforce accountability.
• Support onboarding and training of new and existing employees.
• Work with production leadership, quality, maintenance, safety, HR and others to improve workflow.
