Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Renton location to oversee daily production activities, manage staffing and schedules, and ensure cost, volume, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and leadership to drive continuous improvement, with regular interactions across engineering, quality, and logistics teams. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive pay range are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on production control and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints, plans, GD&T callouts, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production team members, assigning duties, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate production activities with internal departments and external customers, including logistics and engineering.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and safety guidelines for workers.
• Promote smooth flow of materials and information to internal and external customers.
• Lead regular communications on performance with a focus on improvement and waste reduction.
• Investigate issues on the production floor and implement corrective actions and 5S initiatives.
