The role requires 3+ years in production with at least 1 year in supervision; molding/machining experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing roles.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Molding and machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the production team to meet targets and quality.
• Allocate tasks and resources to ensure efficient use of equipment, materials and personnel.
• Enforce quality control processes to maintain product standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Train new employees and support development of team members.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet demand.
• Address production issues, equipment malfunctions and inefficiencies promptly.
• Maintain production records, track KPI's and generate reports.
• Monitor costs to stay within budget and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth material flow.
• Resolve conflicts within the production team and foster positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
• Provide leadership and motivate the team.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and maintenance.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
