Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace in Sumner, WA is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily production, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output. You will schedule work, coordinate staffing, and lead a manufacturing team to meet production goals.

This role requires lean manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive continuous improvement. The position offers a daytime schedule (4:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fri/Sat) and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and Kaizen experience preferred.
• ERP and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and assign duties.
• Coordinate production with internal departments and external customers.
• Interpret blueprints and safety guidelines to workers.
• Promote flow of products and information to customers.
