Bonney Staffing in Biddeford, ME is urgently hiring for a 2nd shift Production Laborer. You will operate machinery to process corrugated cardboard, read measurements, and cut with precision while meeting production deadlines.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 3:20 PM–12:00 AM with mandatory overtime and starts ASAP. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic math and tape-measure skills, and a strong work ethic.

Competenze

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Operate machinery to process corrugated cardboard per specs.
• Add color logos and cut sections with metal dies.
• Follow instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
