Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Biddeford, ME for a direct-hire position. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform repetitive tasks, and help ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay is $22 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM. Company benefits include day-one medical, dental and vision coverage, 16 earned paid days off, 12 paid holidays, 8% 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform basic math calculations.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Perform repetitive production and material-handling tasks.
• Inspect finished parts, record production data, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
