Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Load Former (General Labor) for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

You will assist operators, stack boxes, monitor quality, and complete production reports in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the corrugated industry
• 6 months experience Manufacturing

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with loud noise levels

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
