Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.
• Add color logos and cut sections of cardboard using dies.
• Follow detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Support the team to optimize workflow and safety standards.
• Learn new processes and equipment as you grow within the company.
