Shopko Optical in De Pere, WI is seeking a Production Support Specialist for the 2nd shift to help supply the production lab with frames and lenses used in eyeglass fabrication for stores. You will partner with the team to manage lab inventory, place vendor orders, and provide timely updates to the production group and stores.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Optical experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders for frames and lenses for eyeglasses and stores.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors.
• Receive and inspect shipments and file paperwork.
