Shopko Optical in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking Production Specialists to join our manufacturing team at our De Pere facility. Fabricate eyewear efficiently, using state-of-the-art lens processing and finishing equipment to deliver high-quality products for our optical centers.

Starting pay is $18 per hour for 5-day weeks with a $500 sign-on bonus. The role includes on-the-job training, a fixed 1st or 2nd shift, paid time off, and opportunities to contribute to continuous process improvements

Competenze

• High School Graduate or GED (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and perform production-related tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Mansioni

• Operate optical manufacturing equipment and precision tools.
• Fabricate, assemble, treat and finish lenses per specifications.
• Inspect lenses for flaws and ensure coating quality.
• Maintain production output and assist in process improvement.
