Job summary

Shopko Optical in De Pere, Wisconsin, is hiring a Production Support Specialist for the 2nd shift. You will supply frames and lenses to the production lab, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor orders to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will work with the production team and stores to provide updates, handle returns and recalls, and ensure safe work practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires reliability and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Optical experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide status updates to production teams and stores.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA guidelines are followed.
