Corle Building Systems, Inc. in Imler, PA is seeking a dependable Floater for the 2nd shift in the Production Department. You will learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different role daily to support operations.

The role focuses on completing work orders, assembling flanges and end plates, operating overhead cranes and the WebSplice welder, with strict adherence to safety policies. Compensation includes benefits and a sign-on bonus, with a second-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience with measuring tools.
• Ability to learn all positions on the production line.
• Prior welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different position everyday.
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Assemble flanges and end plates.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Operate the WebSplice (a machine operated welder).
• Tack weld.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
