Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Production Floater to support multiple production areas on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm–12am). The role requires cross-training across lines, working with the production team, and assisting with bottlenecks to maintain smooth operation.

The position emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or food/beverage production experience preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple production tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with safety awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible tasks and shifts as needed.
• Understand basic safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• End-of-Line Production Support: remove finished goods, label, count, and palletize.
• Core Production Duties: operate depalletizer equipment and forklift for material handling.
• General Production Support: stock materials, monitor quality with QC team, and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Safety and Cleanliness: uphold sanitation standards and follow SOPs.
