Responsibilities

• Rotate between various positions within the Compression Molding cells.
• Stage in-process materials and finished goods.
• Operate molding presses and/or water jet equipment.
• Transport materials to and from production cells.
• Assist with equipment changeovers.
• Assist with start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Remove offal, scrap, and waste materials from the production cell.
• Complete required production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Meet or exceed productivity and waste reduction targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Learn and perform all tasks within the assigned cell.
• Provide backup support to the Setup Person.
• Be available for overtime, including some weekend work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
