Job summary

Starting wage is $21.40 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential on the B shift (5PM–3AM). Candidates should have a HS diploma and at least 2+ years in manufacturing/operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and relevant experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across departments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and audit work processes to ensure production specifications are met.
• Maintain positive relationships and direct employees to the appropriate manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and procedures.
• Inspect products/shipments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Review machine setups, production samples, and shipments for approval.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and coordinate with other departments.
• Coordinate training for new employees, contract workers, and guests on safety and production requirements.
• Oversee shift schedules and enter attendance transactions as needed.
