Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Able to consistently apply policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Inspect products and/or shipments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Coordinate or perform training for new employees.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Education
