Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Production Coordinator for 2nd shift to drive daily/weekly production plans and develop operator capability. You will train operators, coach teams, and fill in as Production Leader when needed to ensure smooth shift operations.

Responsibilities include leading autonomous maintenance and daily management systems, coaching up to 15 associates, and driving KPIs while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and managing production equipment across multiple areas.
• Ability to train and coach operators to meet daily and 90-day plans.
• Experience with SAP and data analysis in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly production plans with Operations Leader.
• Build operator capability and cross-train across shifts.
• Act as AM/DMS subject matter expert and coach on 5S and CIL.
• Lead and mentor up to 15 associates and contractors.
• Support maintenance stops and proactive planning.
• Relieve operators as needed and ensure smooth shift operation.
