Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:30 AM) with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. You will guide a team on portioning, meal bagging, and shipping, start by reviewing the daily plan with the supervisor, and set up lines to meet targets.

Responsibilities include communicating targets, coordinating with warehouse, maintaining SOPs, supervising associates, and enforcing GMP and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and proven performance as a Home Chef production associate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to obtain daily production plan and set up lines.
• Lead, direct and train production associates on portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping.
• Communicate targets and pace to the team and ensure SOPs are followed.
