Job summary

Makers Pride in Carol Stream, IL is hiring a Production Associate for a refrigerated food production line. No experience needed; training provided. The role offers weekly pay and potential for contract-to-hire after successful performance.

Work is on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM; Saturdays as needed) in a cold facility (about 30°F). PPE is provided, and job duties include packaging, clean workstations, and supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10+ hours).
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (30°F).
• Must wear company-provided PPE.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Package and assemble food trays according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Sort and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Support production team goals.
• Follow all safety rules and supervisor instructions.
