Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with a food manufacturer in Wilmington & Haverhill, MA to hire a Production Worker. You will support the production line, learning various tasks from assembly to packaging in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers $17 per hour, second shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with training provided. It involves work in a cold-temperature environment and opportunities for ongoing employment while upholding GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and adaptable candidate with ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work across different areas of production as needed.
• Must pass drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist with food manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes.
• Rotate between production tasks including assembly, rolling, and packing croissants and sandwiches.
• Monitor products for quality and foreign materials, notifying supervisors of issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to GMP policies and safety standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving mechanical or material issues on the production line.
