Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a hands-on Line Attendant to help keep our food production lines moving on a fast-paced conveyor system. You will load packaging materials, assist with sorting and packing, and help stack finished products for shipping.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 45–50 lbs, and following GMPs and strict food-safety guidelines. You will collaborate with machine operators and line leads to clear jams and maintain target line speeds.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive lifting up to 45–50 lbs.
• Adhere to GMPs and food safety protocols, maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Hand-pack, weigh, label and box finished goods; supply raw materials to packaging lines.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure correct labeling.
• Follow GMPs and food safety guidelines.
• Communicate with machine operators and line leads to clear jams and maintain line speeds.
