Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembler experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow work instructions, drawings, directions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Reads work instructions and follows established procedures.
• Aligns material and assembles parts to build complex units.
• Performs visual inspections to identify defects per instructions.
• Completes required reports.
• Rejects components not meeting quality criteria.
• Prepares sub-assembly packs and pallets to avoid damage.
• Reworks defective products using tools as instructed.
• Adheres to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Supports other positions and participates in cross-training.
• Uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Reports issues, malfunctions or defective parts.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe workspace.
• Performs other duties to meet business needs.
