1st Shift Assembly Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm (Overtime opportunities available during the week and weekends) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

We are currently hiring a dependable and motivated Machine Operator Assistant for our 2nd shift. This position supports the operation of forging and CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and eager to learn hands-on production skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in manufacturing while working with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of forging and CNC machines
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Perform basic machine tending tasks and keep production running efficiently
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use basic measuring tools such as calipers or gauges when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support production goals and help minimize downtime

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery
• Smoke-free facility (no smoking permitted anywhere on-site)
• Employees must remain on the premises for the duration of their shift; leaving the building or going to personal vehicles during breaks is not allowed
