Job summary

Laborup in Mascot, TN is hiring for multiple full-time production support roles across material handling, assembly, inspection and finishing. Roles are available on 1st and 2nd shifts with overtime.

Base pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, with weekly pay and direct-hire opportunities. You will disassemble, clean, inspect, measure and classify components, operate washers and blast cabinets, and handle heavy metal parts with safety and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

Manufacturing or industrial work experience required.
Comfortable performing repetitive production work.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Ability to read written work instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Disassemble large industrial components using presses and hand tools.
Clean components with washing and shot blasting before inspection.
Inspect surfaces for wear, damage, cracks and reuseability.
Measure parts with gauges and precision tools to verify tolerances.
Classify components into reusable or scrap per standards.
Operate washers, blast cabinets and related equipment safely.
Move and stage heavy metal components during production.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.

Overview

We’re hiring across the shop at our industrial metal component facility in Mascot, TN, with full-time openings in material handling, assembly, component breakdown, cleaning and finishing, quality control, inspection, and other production support roles.

Opportunities are available on both 1st and 2nd shift, with regular overtime available for those who want additional hours.

This is a stable, growing operation with direct-hire opportunities, cross-training, and room to advance into multiple production and technical roles.
