Pro Resources Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift Assembly in Indiana. Join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting forging and CNC machinery with a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and overtime during weeknights and weekends. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of forging and CNC machines
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Perform basic machine tending tasks and keep production running efficiently
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use basic measuring tools such as calipers or gauges when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support production goals and help minimize downtime

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and monitoring of forging and CNC machines

Work Environment

Industrial setting with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery

Smoke-free facility (no smoking permitted anywhere on-site)

Employees must remain on the premises for the duration of their shift; leaving the building or going to personal vehicles during breaks is not allowed
