Steel and Pipe Supply is seeking a Processing Specialist at the Kansas City Service Center, New Century, KS. You will receive steel, process it into customer parts by bending or cutting with lasers or saws, then clean, inspect and load onto trucks for shipment.

This role entails 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) and a safety-focused culture. You must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and possess basic math and literacy skills, plus basic computer skills and familiarity with hand

Qualifications

• 2nd shift – 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Requires basic math and literacy
• Able to lift up to 51 lbs and operate basic hand tools

Responsibilities

• Receives material and turns it into parts by bending or cutting to order
• Cleans, inspects, and loads parts onto trucks for shipment
• Follows safety policies and safe work practices
