Steel and Pipe Supply is seeking a Processing Specialist for the Kansas City Service Center in New Century, KS. You will receive steel, cut and bend materials, and load parts onto trucks for shipment. This is a 3rd shift role with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The position requires basic math, literacy, and computer skills, plus a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay with shift differential and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 18+ years old.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic literacy for reading instructions and using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive material (steel) and turn it into parts by bending or cutting with lasers and/or saws.
• Follow safety policies and safe work practices.
• Inspect and load finished parts for shipment.
