Redline Plastics in Hartwell, GA is seeking a Process Tech to ensure production rates and quality meet customer expectations while driving continuous process improvements. You will operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and lead shift activities on rotational molding lines.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety and process optimization. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Responsabilités

• Understand rotational molding process and troubleshoot production issues.
• Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Train others in rotational molding processes and secondary operations.
• Set up processing parameters for product changes and ensure conformance to specs.
• Support engineering and quality teams on new projects.
• Ensure safe work practices and shop floor safety.
