Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write safety rules, production, and quality documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a loud environment with moving mechanical parts and PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support safe, quality, efficient operation of a press and banding tool.
• Maintain reliable attendance per schedule and policies.
• Assist with changeovers, including cleanup and setup of carts, tables, and conveyors.
• Load coils, match picklists with coil tags, and build boxes/paper skids.
• Operate forklift safely for loading/unloading boxes and pallets.
