Job summary

Elmet Technologies LLC is hiring a Hot Press Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Coldwater, Michigan. The role involves setting up and running hot press equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring quality. Prior manufacturing exposure and mechanical aptitude help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor hot press equipment per work instructions.
• Load/unload materials and handle tooling safely.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and document production data.
• Identify issues and communicate with production and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
