Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is hiring Press Machine Operators for the 2nd Shift at our Chatsworth, CA facility. As a Press Operator, you will produce thermoset compression-molded parts using hydraulic presses. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with a 10% shift premium and a potential $1000 retention bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Heavy manufacturing and construction experience preferred.
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce thermoset compression-molded parts using hydraulic-powered presses.
• Read press cover blueprints to verify information.
• Operate Press control panel and scissor lift table.
• Maintain accountability for safety practices and equipment condition.
