Position Title: Press Brake Operator
Wage: $22.00-$29.00+/hour + $1.50/hour 2nd-shift premium
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday
We are seeking Press Brake Operators to join a manufacturing team in Racine, WI. We are open to both experienced Press Brake Operators who can independently set up and operate equipment for complex parts, as well as mechanically inclined candidates with basic blueprint reading skills who are interested in being trained.

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up and operate press brake equipment
• Produce complex fabricated metal parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Select appropriate tooling and make necessary machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

Press Brake Operator Requirements:
