Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift (+ differential) to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality truck and accessory components. You will perform assembly tasks following work instructions, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help meet daily production goals using Lean tools.

Candidates should be able to read and interpret documents, perform basic math, and read tape measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and read tape measurements.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to assemble products.
• Meet production goals and deadlines for assigned areas.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• Work at different workstations as needed.
• Report to work on time and adhere to attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
