Job summary

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and adherence to quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities include setting up machines, inspecting parts, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude with prior machine operation experience.
• Stable work history, preferably in manufacturing, and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble components to company specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe workstation and comply with safety/environmental policies.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
• Set up machines per work instructions and learn all machines in the area.
• Communicate test results and issues to technicians and engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
