Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and prior machine operation experience.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to PPE policies.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and specs.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble component parts to specifications.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues to supervisors.
