You will contribute to a clean, safe work environment and cooperate across shifts. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, addressing non-conformities, and communicating results to technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a machine.
• Stable work history in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong customer focus and work ethic; no shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble parts per company specifications and customer expectations.
• Inspect parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
• Set up machines per work instructions and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE; raise safety concerns as needed.
• Communicate test results and issues to production technicians and engineers.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and be able to stand for long periods.
