The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, following safety rules, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and blueprint-reading skills, and a demonstrated safety mindset. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience operating a machine.
• Stable work history in manufacturing and safety focus.

• Ability to read decimals, perform basic math, and solve problems.
• Overtime tolerance and reliability for peak production.
• Reading blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine to assemble components to specs and quality standards.
• Maintain safe work environment and wear required PPE.
• Inspect parts for defects and tag non-conforming items.
• Set up machines per work instructions and learn all machines.
• Keep workstation clean and follow production schedules.
• Communicate results and issues to technicians and engineers.
