You will set up machines, learn processes across lines as needed, and contribute to meeting daily production targets while upholding Bilstein quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blue prints and work instructions.
• Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and quality focus.
• Strong math skills including decimals and basic measurements.
• Commitment to safety and following PPE guidelines.
• Willingness to move across lines to support production.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment by following safety policies and PPE usage.
• Assembles parts to specification and quality standards.
• Inspects parts for defects and tags non-conforming items for rework.
• Sets up machines per work instructions and learns new equipment.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized; supports production schedules.
