The role requires basic math, ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail. You should be reliable, able to lift up to 40 lbs, stay active on the line, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Demonstrated basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality in all tasks.
• Willingness to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts to company specifications meeting quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear required PPE.
• Inspect parts for defects and tag non-conforming items.
• Set up machines and learn multiple lines to support production.
• Communicate test results and issues to team leads and engineers.
• Follow production schedules and perform duties as assigned.
