Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift in Tennessee. You will operate in an industrial manufacturing setting to produce polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults following pre-made sheets and instructions.

The role requires the ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes, basic math, and effective communication with teammates. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Basic math and measurement concepts.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Good communication with team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
