Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Worker (Construction) to operate in the Lebanon, TN plant. You will support the production of precast concrete products, work on mold preparation, cleaning, and assembly tasks as part of a safety‑conscious team.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Previous manufacturing or construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• De-mold and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
