Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician in Tennessee to oversee QA tasks on the production line for polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults. You will log non-conformances, support the cast line with timely feedback, and participate in LEAN/CI initiatives.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to details, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Log non-conformances in QA records.
• Communicate quality concerns with line leads and supervisors.
• Lead the team in STOP/CALL/WAIT when scrap is identified.
• Light rework on the line and assist training of new hires.
• Maintain 5S in assigned areas and participate in LEAN/CI initiatives.
