Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Sweetwater, Tennessee, is seeking a Production Team Member to manufacture polymer concrete boxes, covers and vaults per pre-made sheets and instructions. You will read work orders, interpret engineering prints, prep and wrap molds, pour, cure, demold and inspect products to meet daily production targets.

You will maintain accurate production records, inspect materials for defects, and keep your area clean and organized while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Math skills and measurements proficiency.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with teammates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
