Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Team Member for 1st shift (Construction) to manufacture polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults. You will read work orders, prepare molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect products to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires ability to learn manufacturing processes, and prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be needed throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Produce polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults according to mix sheets and instructions.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep, pour, cure, demold, stencil, inspect and wrap molds; maintain production records.
