Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Production Team Member for the 2nd shift in our manufacturing facility. You will produce polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults following pre-made mix sheets and instructions.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, and commitment to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Must keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
