Job summary

Donaldson’s Pleater Operator at the Frankfort, IN location works on a collaborative, on-site team to assemble filtration products in an innovative environment. This is a 2nd shift position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must understand pleat media within acceptable standards.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound mechanical decisions.
• Coordinate pleater crew and work in a team towards a common goal.
• Operate with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand pleating operations and machines.
• Plan production to maintain continuous line assemblies.
• Coordinate pleater crew and communicate with crew members.
• Ensure correct media supply and perform quality checks per sheets.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies.
