Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to ensure continuous production.

You will read blueprints and schematics to repair equipment efficiently. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting, with the ability to prepare machinery for scheduled runs and rapid responses

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, PLCs, schematic reading, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Set up and optimize production equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance support to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings to repair equipment and systems.
