Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to lift and move materials.
• Onboarding includes enrollment in a registered apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plasma cutting equipment to precise dimensions.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements.
• Adjust cutting speed, gas flow, and torch height.
• Monitor cutting processes for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
