Job summary

Corle Building Systems in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plasma Operator on 2nd Shift to operate a computer-controlled plasma cutter, inspect and prepare finished metal parts, and produce parts per engineering drawings. The role requires prior welding/manufacturing experience, blueprints literacy, and basic computer skills.

Compensation includes a $1,500 signing bonus, a $1.00/hour second-shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields is required.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must have moderate computer skills.
• Basic manufacturing experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computer-controlled plasma cutter.
• Clean slag from tables
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Qualified candidate will be responsible for programming the machine.
• Locating appropriate materials according to job order
• Cut parts to conform to the drawings
