Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a team of supervisors or equivalent leadership role.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, USDA guidelines, and HACCP regulations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
